To help troubleshoot problems, you can allow the Vercel Support team to access your Deployments' source code.
Note: Vercel reserves the right to impersonate to your account without prior notice in certain situations. These include emergency situations to prevent serious harm to you or others, or situations where we suspect that your use or access to the Services is violating the Terms of Our Service.
You may want to grant access to Vercel Support staff when you’re facing an issue with deployment that is too complex to be understood. This feature allows Vercel Customer Support to inspect all Deployments' source code in this project to assist with debugging.
The Source Code Visibility setting is part of your security properties in your Project Settings. This setting is turned off by default and can be turned on by Project Members & Owners.
To enable access to Customer Success Code Visibility:
- Go to the Project Settings in the project you want to enable Customer Success Code Visibility for, then select Security from the menu.
- Enable Customer Success Code Visibility.

Note: The access is granted indefinitely until you manually disable this setting.
