- Abuse — If you believe that a Vercel deployment contains malicious or illegal content, please report it to us using the Abuse form.
- Billing — If you are unable to log in or you do not have a Vercel account but would like to discuss issues relating to invoices or unrecognized charges, please email billing@vercel.com.
- DMCA - If you have a copyright or DMCA report, please report it to us using the Abuse form. When doing this, please provide as much relevant information as possible, taking into consideration our DMCA policy or trademark policy.
- Login — If you are unable to log in or experience difficulties during registration, please email registration@vercel.com and include the details of the project you are looking to deploy with Vercel. To protect against platform abuse, Vercel employs multiple layers of security and verification during the account signup process.
- Sales — We want all customers using our platform to succeed. If you want to discuss an enterprise plan for your projects, you can contact our enterprise department here.
- Security — If you are a customer of Vercel and have questions relating to our product security, please email security@vercel.com.
- Security Vulnerabilities — If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our systems, we encourage you to notify us immediately at responsible.disclosure@vercel.com. Please use this channel for reporting potential vulnerabilities only, providing as much detail as possible to facilitate a swift response.
- Sponsorships — We are not currently accepting new team sponsorships but if you need to reach the sponsorship team for events or existing sponsorship queries please email sponsorships@vercel.com.
- Startup Credits — If you require assistance with startup credits, please email startups@vercel.com.
- Support — If you are facing any issues while using the platform, please reach out to Vercel Support using the Support tab available from the Vercel dashboard. Different support options may be available to you, depending on your plan.
